An Interview with Failure is a book that shows you how to turn failure into a friend and a teacher. The author, Sam Yankelevitch, is a coach and guide who has faced many failures in his life and learned from them.

The book is like a conversation between the author and Failure, who is a kind and wise mentor. They talk about the hidden gifts of failure, such as resilience, creativity, and self-awareness. They also give you practical tips and tools to help you overcome the challenges that stop you from taking action, such as perfectionism, procrastination, and self-doubt.

The book is easy to read and understand, with stories, examples, and exercises that make it fun and valuable. The author uses humor, honesty, and empathy to connect with you and motivate you to take a step forward. The book is not only informative but also inspirational, as it makes you see failure as a friend rather than a foe.

I enjoyed this book and I learned a lot from it. I liked how the author shared his own experiences with failure, and how he taught me a new way of looking at it. I also wanted the practical advice and tools that he gave me, which I can use in my own life. I would give this book 4 out of 5 stars because I think it is very helpful and insightful. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that some parts of the book were a bit repetitive or too theoretical, and I would have liked more examples or stories from other people who have faced failure and learned from it and there are a lot of typos and errors in the book.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to overcome their fear of failure and achieve their goals. It is a book that will change your mind about loss and help you grow from it.
